Terms of Use
By using GouGou Travel (“the App”), operated by Bidalion LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App helps pet owners prepare for international travel by organizing pet records and generating deadline-aware checklists based on publicly available government and carrier requirements. Guidance is informational only.
2. Not veterinary, legal, or official advice
The App does not replace a licensed veterinarian, airline, or government authority. Import rules change. Always verify final requirements with the destination country’s competent authority and your carrier before travel.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service at scale, or upload unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and software are owned by Bidalion LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as pet photos and records).
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CHECKLISTS ARE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIDALION LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR DENIED BOARDING, QUARANTINE, FINES, OR TRAVEL DISRUPTION ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON THE APP.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
