This Privacy Policy explains how Bidalion LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the GouGou Travel mobile and web applications (the “App”) and related websites.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers from Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
- Pet profile data: pet name, species, breed, age, microchip ID, photos you upload, vaccination and treatment records, and travel itineraries.
- Usage data: app events and error telemetry needed to operate and improve the App.
- Support communications: messages you send us about the App.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Generate pet travel checklists and guidance based on destination rules
- Store and display your pet records and trip plans
- Provide AI-assisted Q&A about pet travel requirements
- Secure, debug, and improve the App
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising.
3. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host the App or process authentication (e.g. Apple, Google)
- Authorities when required by law
AI features may send trip-related prompts to third-party language-model providers solely to generate checklist guidance. Do not include sensitive personal data beyond what is needed for planning.
4. Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile, pets, trips, uploaded documents, and chat history from our systems.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
